Industrial tools for the manufacture of bags and wallets

The industrial manufacture of bags and wallets requires the use of CNC machines capable of reproducing cutting patterns in series. Waterjet cutting is suitable for working with leather as well as all types of textiles and fabrics currently used for leather goods. It can also be used to cut textiles that have undergone various treatments without damaging their structure or their colour or shade.

CNC waterjet and laser cutting machines for the manufacture of leather furniture

The technology developed by the CNC machines facilitates the daily work of the operators in the manufacture of leather furniture. It allows the mass production of small and large parts such as armrests, cushions or leather parts covering the structure of a sofa. Regardless of the flexibility of the leather, the precision of the waterjet and laser cutting processes ensures a perfect result.

High-performance industrial equipment for cutting leather and textile soles and shoes

The comfort of a pair of shoes depends on the precision of its manufacture. The cutting of the different parts of the shoe, as well as the CNC milling or waterjet cutting of the soles, must be very precise. CNC industrial tools allow the milling of modern shoe soles made of rubber or synthetic materials. Water jet cutting allows for precision work on the leather, textile and fabric materials of shoes and soles.

Waterjet and laser cutting technologies for the manufacture of belts

Starting from a raw hide, the leather strips are cut to shape the different parts of the belts. CNC waterjet and laser cutting machines allow the major part of the belt to be cut out with equal precision and clarity, as well as the smaller parts such as the belt loops. They also allow the holes for the belt buckle to be drilled. Laser technology also allows the engraving of leather parts.

Multi-technology ranges for leather and textile processing

MECANUMERIC, manufacturer of industrial machines, offers a wide range of complementary CNC equipment for leather and textile processing.

- The main asset: the pure water jet cutting range

From the Labjet, a compact, efficient and precise machine with industrial performance, to the Quickjet II machining centre and the new Mecajet II, MÉCANUMERIC offers a range of very high pressure pure water jet cutting equipment (THP) capable of covering all the needs for leather and textile processing, whatever the size of your company and the volume of your production.

- The 3-axis range, in medium and large sizes

Better suited to large production runs, the Mecapro and Mecaplus ranges add power to precision with a significant gain in productivity for intensive cutting and machining thanks to the addition of knife cutting heads. This equipment is particularly appreciated in the footwear industry where lasts and soles are produced on a large scale.

- The laser range

In addition to the other technologies dedicated to the leather and textile industries, the Lasec laser cutting range completes the MÉCANUMÉRIC offer for this sector. Particularly for marking and engraving, it offers speed, flexibility and precision, without direct contact with the material, thanks to laser technology (cutting in vector mode and engraving in raster mode). In all cases, the machines in the Lasec range allow a wide range of applications in a wide range of flexible materials such as leather, fabrics and textiles in general, cardboard, etc.
