For this well-known manufacturer, we built a tailor-made machine that is now integrated into a complete production line. 

This manufacturer wanted to cut cellulose discs with as little material loss as possible. Water jet cutting was chosen for this project because it has the advantage of avoiding the propagation of bacteria.

IMÉCANUMÉRIC designed a system of "pushers" that drop the offcuts under the machine, directly into a tank whose contents are emptied to produce cellulose rolls again. ndeed, as the cutting heads and the material are never in contact, contamination is impossible. 

To meet the need to lose as little raw material as possible.This special machine was entirely designed in stainless steel and is equipped with 4 high-pressure cutting heads, a soundproof box and a conveyor belt.
